Timbertop Lodge provides bed and breakfast cottage style accommodation in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges just one hours drive from Melbourne. Timbertop lodge is nestled on the edge of Wright Forest - the heart of Puffing Billy Country in Emerald.

Constructed from handmade mud bricks, recycled timber, telegraph poles and antique leadlight windows, this unique lodge has two private and completely self contained suites.

Our "Hideaway" and "Greenhaven" luxury suites accommodate couples for romantic escapes or families and friends wanting to getaway from it all for the perfect retreat.

Featuring loft bedrooms with romantic queen sized four poster beds and private balconies. Spacious lounge and dining areas with wood fires.

Relax and unwind in a candlelight spa bath. There are air conditioners for the warmer months and fully equipped kitchens with everything you need from microwave, oven, fridge and all utensils. There is a relaxed atmosphere in the suites and both have their own charm and character and also provide all your entertainment requirements of TV's, VCR's, DVD's and CD Players. Both suites have their own private entrance, driveway and outside courtyard.

You can lock the doors and hideaway or you can venture out and see the local sites of the Dandenong Ranges with tranquil forest walks, the historic Puffing Billy, Emerald Lake Park, restaurants, gardens, golf courses and local arts and crafts. You can travel to Healesville Sanctuary and the Yarra Valley which are also within easy reach.
